What is My Carl’s Rewards?

My Carl’s Rewards is Carl’s Jr.’s loyalty program that rewards you for enjoying your favourite food. Spend $15 or more on eligible purchases, collect stamps, and once you’ve collected 5 stamps, you’ll receive a $10 voucher to use on your next order.

Is it free to join?

Yes! My Carl’s Rewards is completely free to join.

How do I join My Carl’s Rewards?

You can join by:

• Downloading the My Carl’s App
• Signing up through online ordering
• Registering at a participating restaurant kiosk

You must be 18 years or older to join.

How do I earn stamps?

Earn one stamp when you spend $15 or more on an eligible purchase. To receive your stamp, you must be:

• Logged into your My Carl’s account when ordering online or through the app, or
• Scanned into your My Carl’s account when ordering in restaurant or at a participating kiosk.

Where can I earn stamps?

You can earn stamps on eligible purchases made:

• In the My Carl’s App
• Through online ordering
• In restaurant
• At participating kiosks

Orders placed through third-party delivery services (such as Uber Eats, DoorDash or Menulog) are not eligible unless otherwise stated.

Can I earn more than one stamp in a day?

No. Members can earn a maximum of one stamp per calendar day, regardless of the number of eligible purchases made.

What purchases are eligible?

Any eligible purchase of $15 or more made while you’re logged into or scanned into your My Carl’s account.

Do I need to spend exactly $15?

No. Simply spend $15 or more in a single eligible transaction to earn a stamp.

Can I claim a stamp after I’ve placed my order?

Unfortunately not. You must be logged into or scanned into your My Carl’s account before completing your purchase. We can’t add stamps retrospectively.

How do I know how many stamps I’ve collected?

Your stamp progress is displayed within your My Carl’s account in the app and online.

What happens when I collect 5 stamps?

Once you’ve collected 5 stamps, you’ll automatically receive a $10 voucher in your My Carl’s account.

Your voucher will also be automatically available at checkout when placing your next eligible order.

How do I redeem my $10 voucher?

When you reach checkout, if your voucher is available, simply select it before completing your purchase. The discount will automatically be applied to your order.

How long do I have to use my voucher?

Your $10 voucher is valid for 45 days from the date it is issued.

Can I transfer my stamps or voucher to someone else?

No. Stamps and vouchers are linked to your My Carl’s account and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged.

Can I use my voucher with another promotion?

Generally, no. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other offers unless specifically stated.

What happens if I receive a refund?

If an order is refunded or cancelled, any stamps earned from that purchase may be removed from your account.

Can I have more than one My Carl’s Rewards account?

No. Members may only hold one account.

How do I update my details?

You can update your account details by logging into your My Carl’s account through the app or online.

How do I close my account?

You can close your account at any time through the app, online, or by contacting our support team.

Please note that any unused stamps or vouchers will be forfeited when your account is closed.
